Hi there! I’m Chanda, your coach here at StaplesFit.

Why did I become a personal trainer? I was tired of feeling like I didn’t belong at the gym and tired of not getting good results!

I wanted to feel fit and capable but I was following poor advice that so many people are still being taught: “Just do more cardio and eat less.”

Now, after having worked for years in the fitness industry, I know exactly what it takes to feel strong and healthy…and I am so excited to share that knowledge with you!

That’s why I created StaplesFit. It is my goal to help busy people, like you, feel like they belong in the gym and confident that they can tackle whatever physical tasks everyday life throws at them.

    This includes a personalized training program tailored to your body and goals, weekly check ins, habit building and nutrition guidance. I will be your support and guide to help you reach your goals!

    I’ll create a personalized program based on your fitness goals for you to follow on your own time and pace!
